This past weekend, on May 23rd, your company, in the form of Sylvain and Shane moved my sister from Edmonton to my home here in Calgary. I would like to tell you how pleased and impressed we both were by their efficiency and professionalism. Nothing was damaged or even scratched.

There was an issue at the Edmonton end of the move and they handled it with grace and good humour. According to my sister, "they were awesome".

I had a number large pieces that I am donating to a charitable organization and I could not move them out of the house myself. Sylvain and Shane did that for me. and then to add to this, because my hot water tank flooded my basement that very morning and many of the things that were supposed to go downstairs could not. they managed to find places and carefully stack things so that we could at least walk in the house as the clean up crew had set up a great many giant heaters and dehumidifiers in the basement. They arrived at almost exactly the same time as the hot water tank guy. They even offered to help the installation technician get the new water tank down to the basement and the old one up.

I agree with my sister. They went above and beyond and did so graciously. They were awesome.

It was dumb luck that I found you when I was searching for movers. But I can tell you that I will share my opinion of your company with anyone I know moving.

I just wanted to give you some feedback regarding my move and interaction with your company. I apologize for this taking a few weeks to do. However as you know packing, moving, unpacking is a challenge in and there of it’s self.

The customer service I received from yourself and Shane / Gabe was nothing short of exemplary. Clearly I was nervous about some things as this was a big step personally for myself and my anxiety level was at it’s peak, but you were able to put my mind at ease and I felt a sense of relief. In terms of the actual move, I found Shane to be incredibly professional and genuine. It is not often when I can honestly say you meet genuine, trust worthy people and to say I was impressed would simply fall short. I truly appreciated the effort and care that both Shane and Gabe put in, along with their helpful assistance. The move went smoothly overall and was one less thing I had to worry about in the end. Thank you so much for that.

If you ever need a reference or referral/testimonial, I would be happy to provide on for Helping Hands. On a more personal note, it also says something in regards to Shane’s character since I asked him if he could take care of my puppy while I had to go back to Victoria. I really was hesitant to leave her in a kennel for the few days I was gone, and he was just so caring towards her that I felt really comfortable asking and letting him take her. I know it sounds crazy because she is just a dog, but I was more of a nervous wreck about the dog than the move itself! I didn’t see him when I picked her up Friday night, but please thank him again for me!
